Pavilion Las Vegas is a six-story, 155,000 sq. ft., class-A office building located in western Las Vegas. It is a showpiece building, designed by KKE Architects of Nevada, and completed in 2007, the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) honored Pavilion with a 2008 Best Office Building of the Year Spotlight Award.
The building was designed for aesthetic appeal and the key challenge was to find out the building’s capacity for Demand Response (DR) given its design and thermal properties.
